Keypad Browser Service
Keypad Browser service provides information access to people who are blind, visually impaired, or whose eyes are busy with other tasks. Access is by computer or telephone. Users are provided the ability to record and/or playback lists of messages. Users navigate each list of messages by pressing keys for going forward or backwards through the list.
